ATI RETURN POLICY
Within 30 days of purchase, customers may return almost any product they purchased from ATI that has not been installed or used and is in the condition in which it was received from ATI. Returned ATI hardware may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. In order to return product please contact ATI to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer returning the material is responsible to pay the freight charges and any custom and duty charges for return.SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME
Orders submitted before Noon EST will be shipped the same day if the product is in stock. All orders placed after noon EST, will be shipped out the next business day. Most products are in stock. Some products have a lead time of up to eight weeks. When you place the order, we will confirm the product and let you know the lead time.
